Daniel Forcade is the Co-Founder & CEO of Politheon, where he leads company vision and agentic AI development. He holds a B.S. in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Vermont and an M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Tech, specializing in natural language processing and machine learning for public policy. Before founding Politheon, Daniel spent seven years playing competitive rugby, including training for the 2016 Olympic Games. Outside of work, he enjoys expedition kayaking and cooking

Hanna Bodnar is the Co-Founder & CTO of Politheon, where she drives the company’s technical vision. With a background in mathematics and AI research, she brings expertise in machine learning, data systems, and scalable product design. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and being with family.

Ryan Hopkins is the Founding Data and Machine Learning Engineer at Politheon. With a strong foundation in mathematics and theoretical physics, Ryan excels in developing and maintaining machine learning and deep learning architectures. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, watching films, working out, and gaming.

Josh Fitzgerald is a Product Analyst at Politheon. With experience in GovTech, product management, data analytics, and public policy research, he brings a unique blend technical skills and industry knowledge to help guide the direction of the Politheon's product suite. When he is not working or studying, you can find him traveling, hiking, reading, or trying to find the best local coffee shop wherever he is.

Alex Forcade is a go-to-market advisor at Politheon. He began his career in investment banking in New York, then joined Microsoft as an Azure PM. Most recently he has led go-to-market & strategy at Series A–C startups that have raised $200M+ combined. He holds a BA from Vanderbilt University. Outside work, he runs, reads novels, and explores new restaurants in NYC.

Shannon Bauman is a product and operating leader who helps growth-stage SaaS companies scale. He was most recently VP of Product at Mainsail Partners and previously led product at climate-tech firm Cloverly, product analytics company Pendo, and various additional startups throughout his career.  He began his journey as an Associated Product Manager at Google after receiving an MS in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Tech, and a BS in Computer Science from RPI. He spends his non-work time with his wife and two pre-teen boys in Decatur, GA.
